End-to-End Site Contracting for Civil Engineering & Demolition Projects
ETC Contracting & Consultants takes full principal contractor responsibility across civil engineering, demolition, bulk earthworks, and site-enabling projects. We own our fleet, employ our operators, and deploy our own supervision team, giving clients a single, accountable point of contact from first mobilisation through to project handover.
Working directly with developers, local authorities, and infrastructure clients across London, Manchester, Oxford, Carlisle, and surrounding regions, we manage all aspects of on-site delivery including programme management, logistics coordination, CDM compliance, health and safety, and operational supervision. Every project is delivered in line with agreed programmes, contractual requirements, and applicable UK construction regulations.
What Our Site Contracting Service Covers
Civil Engineering & Infrastructure:
• Managing and delivering roadworks, drainage, concrete infrastructure, and associated earthworks. We coordinate plant, labour, and logistics to keep civil engineering programmes on track.
Controlled Demolition:
• Acting as principal contractor on structural demolition projects, managing pre-demolition surveys, CDM notifications, coordination of licensed asbestos specialists where required, and full site clearance using our own specialist plant and operators.
Bulk Earthworks & Excavation:
• High-volume excavation, grading, compaction, and material removal managed end to end. We deploy our own articulated dumpers, excavators, and dozers, coordinated to maintain site productivity.
Site-Enabling Works:
• Full coordination of enabling works prior to main construction, including site clearance, groundworks, remediation, and infrastructure installation, managed under a single ETC contract.
Remediation & Waste Handling:
• Managing contaminated land remediation, soil validation, and compliant waste removal as principal contractor. All waste handling and disposal is coordinated in accordance with Environment Agency regulations and duty of care requirements.
