ETC Contracting & Consultants delivers controlled demolition services across the UK, supporting commercial redevelopment, infrastructure upgrades and site-enabling programmes. Operating our own fleet of excavators, demolition attachments and heavy plant, we manage structural dismantling, soft strip, site clearance and bulk material removal.
Working directly with developers, principal contractors and local authorities, we coordinate demolition sequencing, logistics planning and waste handling to ensure safe, compliant and programme-aligned project delivery.
All works are delivered in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations, with structured supervision and on-site operational control from mobilisation through to final clearance.
What Our Demolition Service Covers
Structural Demolition:
• Controlled dismantling of commercial, industrial and infrastructure structures using excavators equipped with hydraulic breakers, shears and specialist demolition attachments. Phased demolition is coordinated to protect adjacent structures and maintain site safety.
